About Us
In 2020, the founder and owner of FSI realized the challenges small business owners faced when trying to secure opportunities within big corporates.
Despite servicing big businesses or independent consumers, some small business owners lacked the professionalism, attention to detail, time management skills, and understanding of customer service that big corporates looked for to take a risk on them without jeopardizing their big brands and reputation.
Our target market
Regardless of the term used to describe them, entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and hustlers make up the “missing middle” of small businesses, which transcends racial boundaries. These are small companies that are not quite micro-enterprises, but still too small to attract significant attention or funding from investors. Nonetheless, they possess the potential to make a significant impact. These businesses require support in the form of training, exposure, knowledge sharing, and funding that does not meet the minimum requirements of traditional lenders. An “AHA” moment may also be needed to propel them to the next level of growth.
